Membership Registration Form

Booster Club Memberships, Athletic Passes and Business Partnerships for the 2024-2025 season are available to purchase.

Passes are valid from August 1st, 2024 - July 31st, 2025. Booster Club memberships must be renewed each year.

Athletic Passes must be purchased yearly unless you are a lifetime athletic pass holder.

School-aged kids may purchase an Activity Pass through the school.

$25 for Elementary, $50 for Middle School and High School

In an effort to offset the rising costs of supplies, a $5 fee will be charged for reprinting activity passes.
